[The sun has set and Eric's out and about from wherever he took shelter from the sun that day. Since a couple of people mentioned the Underground and a bar called The Raven, Eric has decided he would check out the place and see about some breakfast.
He walks in, stops for a second and eyeballs the place, noticing the décor is a lot snazzier and high class than his own club. But then, Fangtasia is in Shreveport and there's only so much class the people around there can handle. He takes in all the patrons as he walks toward the bar. He wouldn't mind having a club here. His very own Fangtasia away from home, so to speak. Perhaps he should speak to the owner and get a feel for how business is run.
Eric leans against the bar counter, keeping an eye on the people mingling near him and waited, for either the bartender or anyone who caught his interest.]
[OOC: Anyone who is at The Raven and wants to interact with Eric is free to do so.]

He nods as Eric comes up.
"What can I get you?"

"New around here, huh?"
(no subject)
There's a slight pause while he takes another drink and then he asks, "Are you the owner of this bar?"
(no subject)
"Isn't really an owner. When the last one went home she left it to the employees here, we manage all right." He leans back against a low refrigerator, posture more authoritative than his words would suggest, because he's as much the proprietor as anyone else here.

"Not in my world," he answers. Then adds, "But, yes."
(no subject)
Yes, he's still kind of digging for information. The place intrigues him.

Frankie himself might seem out of place, except he carries himself with comfortable authority, human though he is. It's half practice, half military training.

"How would you like to sign over ownership of the club to me?"
(no subject)
"Presumptuous," is all he says at first, quietly, as he breaks eye contact to size Eric up.
"What makes you think we're looking to sell?"
(no subject)
"Besides, my business is very successful back home and I have a feeling it will be equally so here."
(no subject)
But Frankie's likely the most interested in getting the place under solid management, if only so he doesn't have to worry about it himself. Which he does, maybe more than he needs to.
"I might be able to talk 'em into taking you on as management," he adds, head slightly tilted as he considers the possibility. "Under the right circumstances."

A positive? Is that your type?

I prefer it over others, but it's not necessarily my favorite.

[So far he didn't know what to think of this girl.]
(no subject)
Well, more common than some. How old are yeh?
(no subject)
[He looks her directly in the eye. To most it can be intimidating and he likes it that way.]
(no subject)
Old. More than a millennium, maybe. At least five hundred years.
(no subject)
Not bad, you were right on the first try. I'm over a thousand years old. Tell me, do you always guess a vampire's age correctly?

[She takes a sip of her soda]
(no subject)
So, what brings you to a bar full of vampires?
